LOCATION The Romantica beach Villas are located just beside a very nice small gulf, Spring beach , where natural spring water coming from the mountains emerges in the sea ,so that cold and hot water caresses you when swimming at some areas of the gulf. Nice rocky constructions and small islands create an atmosphere of a lost paradise, which you can explore by swimming or walking .
All these are found at the end of the long beach of the summer resort Hersonissos, just 200 meters from the busy sandy beach of Star water park with its sport recreations, 900 meters from the center of Hersonissos and 2 km from the traditional village Koutouloufari and the complex of the two others , Piskopiano and Old Hersonissos 300 meter away the public bus services provide every half hour buses to and from Malia ( at 10 kms distance), st. COMFORTS OF THE COMPLEX The complex has a big swimming pool at the front facing the sea and the nice view of the surrounding area As the owner is an architect, a lot of interest and affection to this creation is investigated, and the result is successful as the users confess. The villas are tastefully furnished and completely equipped with an air of modernity but also with traditional hints and hand made articles exist in the villas’ equipments. All the villas are sea view, and have balconies or verandas facing the sea. Inhabitants can enjoy the sight of the sea even lying on their beds. Each villa has a luxury bathroom with bath sink or dodge, kitchenette with electric kitchen, refrigerator and safe deposit. At your disposal there are: two rooms villa with a bathroom (4or 5 beds) and one room villas with 2-3 beds. Villas can be connected to create 3 rooms villas with 6- 7 beds or 4 rooms villas with 8- 9 beds , with two bathrooms ,on request
